AIREV Terms of Service

Welcome to AI Revolution DAO. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AI Revolution DAO platform, AIREV governance tokens, miniAI payment and settlement tokens, and related ecological services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of AI Revolution DAO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

2. Service Overview

AI Revolution DAO is a decentralized AI+RWA collaboration platform focused on providing tools and infrastructure for users in the Web3 ecosystem, including artificial intelligence integration, gaming, and metaverse. The platform offers various features such as AI avatar creation, voice-activated asset builders, NFT deployment, and GameFi tools, enabling users to create, deploy, and monetize digital assets.

3. User Responsibilities

AI Revolution DAO users should comply with the following:

  • Please comply with applicable laws and regulations when using this platform.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and account setup.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights and rights of other users, creators, and developers.
  • Prohibit engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior, including manipulating governance tokens ($AIREV) or otherwise abusing the platform's tools and services.

4. Tokens and Transactions

  • AIREV: AIREV is the governance token of the AI Revolution DAO ecosystem, used for community governance, ecosystem incentives, and value capture.
  • miniAI: miniAI is the payment and settlement token within the ecosystem, used to pay for AI tool usage fees, service fees, etc.
  • All token transactions are conducted on the blockchain and are irreversible. Users should carefully verify transaction information before trading.
  • Token prices are affected by market supply and demand and may fluctuate significantly. Users should fully understand the investment risks.

5. DAO Governance

  • Users holding AIREV tokens can participate in DAO governance voting to vote on major matters such as project development direction and fund usage.
  • The passage of governance proposals needs to meet the corresponding voting thresholds and rules. The specific rules are subject to the DAO governance documents.
  • Users should participate in governance rationally and shall not use the governance mechanism to harm the interests of other users or the overall ecosystem.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights of the AI Revolution DAO platform and related services (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, interface design, etc.) belong to the Project Party.
  • The intellectual property rights of content created by users on the platform belong to the users, but users grant the Project Party a license to use such content within the scope necessary for providing services.
  • Users shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others and shall not upload or publish infringing content.

7. Risk Warning

  • Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology carry high risks, and token prices may fluctuate significantly or even become worthless.
  • Smart contracts may have vulnerabilities that could lead to asset losses.
  • Regulatory policies may change, which may affect the trading and use of tokens.
  • Users should make investment decisions based on their own risk tolerance after fully understanding the risks.

8. Disclaimer

  • The Project Party shall not be liable for user losses caused by market fluctuations, technical failures, regulatory policy changes, etc.
  • The Project Party is not responsible for the security or reliability of third-party services or applications.
  • Users shall bear the losses caused by their own operational errors (such as private key leakage, transfer errors, etc.).

9. Modification of Terms

  • The Project Party reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, service upgrades, etc.
  • The modified terms will be announced through channels such as the official website and community announcements, and will take effect after the announcement period expires.
  • Users' continued use of the services will be deemed as consent to the modified terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties.
  • If negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the place of registration of AI Revolution DAO for litigation.
