AIREV Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy aims to clarify the processing rules for the collection, use, storage, protection, and disclosure of user information by AI Revolution DAO in the operation of AIREV governance tokens, miniAI payment and settlement tokens, and related ecological services.

1. General Principles

  • Before participating in AIREV token-related activities (including but not limited to adding liquidity pools, participating in AI Treasury Funds, token trading, using AI Agent applications, etc.), users shall carefully read and fully understand this Privacy Policy.
  • This Privacy Policy adheres to the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith. It only collects user information necessary for providing services.

2. Scope of Information Collection

  • On-chain Public Information: When users participate in AIREV-related activities, based on the characteristics of blockchain technology, the Project Party will automatically obtain users' on-chain public data such as wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token holdings, liquidity addition records, and transaction records.
  • Information Voluntarily Provided by Users: When users register community accounts, participate in DAO governance voting, apply for node qualifications, submit technical feedback or complaints, they may need to voluntarily provide information including but not limited to email addresses, contact information, identity verification-related information.
  • Information Generated During Service Use: When users use services such as AI Agent applications, on-chain financial advisors, and health management, the Project Party may collect users' usage behavior data and device information to optimize service performance and enhance user experience.
  • Compliance and Security-related Information: To meet compliance requirements such as anti-money laundering and anti-fraud, the Project Party may collect users' transaction traceability information and risk assessment-related data.

3. Purposes and Methods of Information Use

  • Providing Core Services: Based on the collected information, provide users with core services such as token minting, transaction settlement, reward distribution, DAO governance voting, AI application use, and node operation support.
  • Optimizing Service Quality: Analyze users' usage behavior data, device information, etc., identify service pain points, optimize AI model performance, application function design, and interface interaction experience.
  • Compliance and Security Assurance: In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, use user information for compliance reviews and risk monitoring to prevent illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, and malicious attacks.
  • Notifications and Communications: Through the contact information provided by users, push relevant information such as service updates, rule adjustments, activity notifications, and governance proposals to users.

4. Information Storage and Protection

  • Storage Methods and Period: User information will be stored on secure servers designated by the Project Party or compliant third-party storage services. The storage period will be determined based on the necessary cycle for providing services, compliance requirements, and user authorization period.
  • Security Protection Measures: The Project Party will adopt industry-standard security protection measures, including but not limited to encrypted storage, access control, firewall protection, security audits, and data backup.
  • Restrictions on Third-Party Services: If the Project Party entrusts third parties to provide storage, technical support, and other services, it will sign strict confidentiality agreements with third parties, requiring them to process user information only within the authorized scope.

5. Information Disclosure Rules

The Project Party will not take the initiative to disclose user information to any third party unless:

  • Obtaining users' explicit written consent or authorization
  • Being required in accordance with mandatory requirements of laws, regulations, judicial organs, or administrative supervision departments
  • Disclosing within a reasonable and necessary scope to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Project Party, users, or the public
  • Based on the public nature of blockchain, on-chain public information can be queried by the public

6. User Rights

  • Right to Query and Correct: Users have the right to query their own information usage records, token holdings, transaction records, and other relevant information. If they find that the information is incorrect or incomplete, they have the right to apply to the Project Party for correction.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Users have the right to withdraw their consent to this Privacy Policy or withdraw the authorized use of specific information. However, after withdrawing consent, the Project Party may no longer be able to provide some services that rely on such authorization.
  • Right to Delete: Under the premise of complying with laws, regulations, and service rules, users have the right to request the Project Party to delete non-essential information voluntarily provided by them.
  • Right to Complain and Appeal: If users believe that the Project Party's information processing behaviors infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests, they have the right to complain to the Project Party.

7. Policy Changes and Notifications

  • The Project Party reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, service upgrades, regulatory requirements, and other circumstances. The revised Privacy Policy will be announced through channels such as the official website of AI Revolution DAO and community announcements.
  • If the revised content of the Privacy Policy involves changes to users' core rights and interests, the Project Party will notify users in a prominent manner. Users' continued participation in relevant activities will be deemed as consent to the revised Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

  • Due to the characteristics of blockchain technology, the query of on-chain public information is not controlled by the Project Party. Users should pay attention to protecting sensitive information such as wallet addresses to avoid asset losses caused by information leakage.
  • The Project Party shall not be liable for user information leakage, loss, or asset losses caused by force majeure, third-party attacks, users' own operational errors, or other reasons not attributable to the Project Party.

9. Applicable Scope and Dispute Resolution

  • This Privacy Policy applies to all users of AIREV tokens and related ecological services, and does not apply to independent services provided by third parties.
  • Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the place of registration of AI Revolution DAO for litigation.
